- Origin
- This scientific name was given to specimen collected in south Vietnam, but there is an old clone which has been called same name and cultivatedin England for long, but introduced route is unknown.It is considered as a kind of C.oleifera botanically .It was introduced to Japan in 1970 from the United States,and in 1976 from England.

- Characteristics
- Flowers:White,6-7 petals,8-9cm in diameter.Petals are narrow and rise up.Flowering in November to December.
- Leaves:Oblong-elliptic,6-7cm long and 2.5-3cm wide,dark-green,less shiny.
- 2n=90.
- Uses
- It can be grown outdoor and overwinter even in Tokyo.
