Totenko(Ibaraki)

This breed has been kept in Kochi prefecture and is thought to originate from Shokoku. This breed has a lengthy saddle and tail feathers, and a graceful appearance. This breed is one of the three long crowing chicken breeds in Japan and the longest crower breed of the three. In 1936, Totenko was designated as natural monument by the Japanese Government.
