Origin(Kuroko(Takahashi))
Sericultural Experiment Station of Japan had held Kuroko that was the strain
reared by Takahashi Kesakichi of Saitama Prefecture. The data on
the Kuroko(Takahashi) for early autumn rearing tested by Sericultural Experiment
Station of Japan in the 33rd year of Showa(1958) was as follows:
(1) Body Color of Newly Hatched Larva Brownish black
(2) Body Color of Larva Dark
(3) Body Marking Normal
(4) Cocoon Color White
(5) Cocoon Shape Peanut
(6) Wrinkle of Cocoon Slightly rough
(7) Hibernating Egg Color Grayish purple
